For domestic (USA) customers: I ship via USPS and UPS depending on the best deal. This includes fast delivery, insurance and price. For example, if it costs $10 to ship USPS and it will take 2-8 days, I will choose the $10.50 option via UPS for 1-3 days.
I always reimburse your shipping if the overage is over $4.
Of you would like to pay for expedited shipping, you would need to contact me directly via email. The platform I sell through doesn't allow multiple shipping options.
For international customers:
Unless you are in Australia or the UK, I always ship through First Class Priority International Shipping. This is the cheapest option but also the slowest at 1-4 weeks delivery time. If you are in Australia or the UK, I use UPS as they are half the price of USPS and much quicker.

You are responsible for paying any customs fees upon pickup. I have zero influence on how much this will cost or whether you will owe something or not.
What if something arrives broken?
Please email me a picture of the item AS WELL AS the box. I will issue you a full refund once I see the item. I will not remake your item for you.
What if something gets lost in the mail?
Unfortunately, once your package leaves my house, I am no longer responsible for it. I cannot reimburse for lost packages. I will do my best to track it, but Delivery services are currently over worked and understaffed so issues are common and I can't afford to reimburse for a shipping service's issue.
What if my item arrives and it wasn't what I was expecting?
Please email me directly. Generally you will have to pay to mail the item back and upon receipt I will issue you a full refund.
